...all on sustainably harvested hardwood (98% oak) logs. We had our first small flush early in the fall of 2015 on 70 logs. In spring of 2016 we inoculated approx 250, and spring of 2017 did 370. All the spawn used for inoculation is certified organic by MOSA. We use NO chemicals of any kind in our log yard and gardens, and extremely sparingly elsewhere on the farm.
